Disclaimer

Family Path Locator provides location-related features, but location depends on GPS, network availability, device and permission settings, battery and device conditions, and the environment around you. Information shown may therefore be delayed, approximate or unavailable at times, and should not be treated as guaranteed exact or continuous.

Safety Alerts are a family communication and notification feature. Family Path Locator is not an emergency response service and does not replace it. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

Weather information is general informational content. It may differ from the actual conditions where you are, and it may not always be current. Do not rely on it as your only source of weather information.

The Family Path Locator Assistant provides help with using the application. It may occasionally misunderstand a question or give an incomplete answer, and it should never be relied on as professional advice. For medical, legal, financial or emergency matters, please use a suitably qualified professional.

You are responsible for the information, messages, photos and any other content you choose to create or share in Family Path Locator, and for making sure you have the right to share it.

We work to keep Family Path Locator running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. The application may occasionally be affected by device issues, connectivity, maintenance, the services it depends on, operating-system restrictions or circumstances outside our control.
